Shipping & Handling Policy
Delivery typically within 2-8 business days to addresses in the continental US (faster
to addresses in the upper mid-west, slower during the Christmas season).
Shipping and Handling Charges:
- $3.75 on all orders up to $37.50
- 10% on orders greater than $37.50
- Free shipping of orders totaling $100 or more
Expedited and International Shipping
Please contact us by phone during normal business hours, or via e-mail, for delivery options and charges.
We want you to be completely satisfied with all of our products. We will be happy to
accept the return of any catalog item for any reason within 30 days of shipment under
the following terms and conditions:
1. Prior authorization must be obtained before returning any item. Please contact us via e-mail to obtain authorization before returning any item.
2. If any items are received damaged, please notify us immediately and save all packaging. Such items will be replaced free of charge, including Shipping & Handling.
3. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Damaged, used, or altered items (e.g., opened shrink wrap packaging) will not be accepted.
4. Please carefully pack the items to be returned. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during shipment. We recommend Insurance and Confirmation of Delivery for all return shipments.
5. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items. (Except for items which were received damaged.)
6. Items that qualified for free shipping will be assessed standard Shipping & Handling charges if the returned item(s) causes the total shipped order to fall below $100. This amount will be deducted before a refund is issued.
7. Once your returned item has been received we will refund you the full price paid for the returned item and any sales taxes. Please allow 1 – 3 weeks for processing. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
